At Hope Builders, we truly are in business to serve Facility Managers, and we work hard every day to make sure we exceed their expectations. Our name might seem unusual to some, but it is an honest reflection of the values that are important to us.

When Andy Tvardzik and David Dassoulas founded Hope Builders in 1994, they were filled with passion. That passion was a commitment to satisfy customers by means of our own satisfied employees. In the beginning, our focus was residential and commercial additions and alterations We had no electricians on staff, no service department, and we never could have imagined being experts in Coffee Performance, Water Filtration or Hard-surface Restoration. And while much has changed, much has stayed the same.

As you can see through our website, we now provide a broad range of services. But as we’ve grown, we’ve continued to conduct our business with the same passion we felt at the outset—to satisfy one customer and employee at a time; to faithfully execute one job, one work order, one machine; to do so with excellence, integrity and competence day after day and year after year. Is this possible? Using a mission statement as the central basis for all business decisions and relationships has helped us navigate through an ever changing business environment.
